Molenvaart 523 is a detached house overlooking a canal and flower bulb fields. Enjoy the rural tranquility in Breezand, just an 11-minute drive from the lively Julianadorp beach! The house has authentic details and is attractively decorated. Experience and enjoy the tranquility that the countryside brings with it. The space You enter the house through the back door. There you will find a utility room with washing machine. To your left is the toilet and the bathroom, equipped with shower and sink. Through the utility room you enter the spacious kitchen with a nice dining area. The home has a cozy living room with two comfortable sofas, armchair and television. On the first floor, there are two simple bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with three single beds. The home has a large garden with lawn, a terrace and storage room. Sometimes the rear part of the garden is used by the owner of the caravan, it performs maintenance on the garden. Smoking is not permitted. Guest access You can park your car right next to the house. There is a possibility to rent bicycles at CAN Vakantiehuizen. For rentals of 3 days or more, these will be brought and picked up. Other things to note Dogs are welcome. Additional costs: €30 per dog, per week. Bedding and towels are not provided in the house. You can rent it from us. The cost is for bed linen €9.00 per person and a towel package €6.00 per person.
