In a privileged location in picturesque Panormo, a beautiful coastal resort on the north coast of Rethymno, Casa Calma is conveniently located just a few meters away from the beautiful sandy beach, which is ideal for children, as well as within walking distance of restaurants, cafes and various shops. Casa Calma is a new tourist complex consisting of 3 autonomous residences, each with a private pool. The space Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open space consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a 50-inch Smart TV, an indoor dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with top quality items and electrical appliances. The living room opens directly to the outdoor terrace and the pool area. Reaching the first floor via a staircase, you will find a bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed (1.60 x 2.00), an open closet and a 32-inch Smart TV. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00) that are joined as a queen size bed (1.80 x 2.00) with an open wardrobe and a 32-inch Smart TV. The outdoor area offers an ecological pool of 15 sq.m. The possibility of heating the pool is provided with an additional daily charge. Heating activation is required to be requested at least 48 hours before your arrival and is mandatory for all days of your stay. The outdoor area has 2 sunbeds, a dining area for 4 people, an amazing large sofa bed for 2 people with a sunshade (new addition summer 2024) and a large umbrella for relaxing on the terrace with the wonderful view of the beach just a few meters away!!! Finally, next to the main entrance there is a Gas BBQ with a sink and a dining area for 6 people. The villa covers 83m2 and comfortably accommodates 4 people in beds and 5 if needed on the sofa bed. Staying at the house includes: Welcome basket with snacks and traditional drinks. Housekeeping, towel/linen change and pool cleaning every 3 or 4 days.
