My meeting & greeting all of my Airbnb guests alleviates any concerns our neighbors may have of a person unknown to them being in our neighborhood. There is off street parking available for one small vehicle Pleasant Hill BART is approx. 2.5 miles from the Backyard Beach House There's room for one small / mid size car in our driveway. We live on a small Court & there's little to no street parking.
