Visiting Patchogue? There is always so much to do. Our beautiful, cozy home is located near the heart of the village. A short walk takes you to the Theater, 30 great restaurants & bistros; street festivals, fishing,church and the LIRR. A short walk south from the village are the beaches, parks, Mama Lombardi's on the Bay & Mascot Dock. Bike ride through our historic town and shores. Take a train to NYC or The Hamptons! Ferry over to Fire Island. Return to relax in our quiet neighborhood! Our home is a newly renovated 100 year old historic house with New England charm. It is so very cozy for you to sleep well and a spacious kitchen, Living Room and dining area. Great for Stonybrook Univ., Dowling College, St. Joseph's College , Suffolk Community College students. Teachers looking to intern nearby. Central between Central Islip and Riverhead Courthouses. Near all major highways, airport, beaches and shopping. We are so excited to host in our hometown, beautiful Long Island NY. Our rooms are super clean and comfortable. The queen bed is for one guest, however, if you add more guests I will be happy to open another room for your comfort. You can also watch TV in the common living room and cook and dine in the spacious kitchen. Make yourself at home, however, there is no access to the attic. Please let Jeanine know what your needs are concerning access to a computer or printer. Our neighbors are friendly and this is a blue collar town. We love our peace and quiet but don't mind visitors. This is a very touristy area for the very wise traveler who is lucky enough to spend their vacation in Patchogue village for a third of what it would cost further out East. Near the L.I.R.R. for your easy commute to NYC or the Hamptons and any south shore village along the way. We are 10 minutes from Islip MacArthur airport. All the homes along your walk are unique Victorian homes and a lovely scenic drive along the shore and neighboring villages are highly encouraged. It is a 10 minute walk and two minute drive. We are located about 10 minutes from Long Island Islip airport. There are public buses all around town. Your comfort and privacy is so important. We will socialize to your liking. English muffins, granola bars are complimentary. As well as, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Cold water bottles and space in fridge for you.
