Located on the first floor of a traditional house, the loft features a large, bright living area opening onto a pleasant outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation outside. On the main level, you will find a functional bathroom equipped with a hair dryer, a bedroom with a 140 × 200 cm double bed, and a children’s bedroom with two single beds (80 × 200 cm), providing a comfortable space for younger guests. Each bedroom is equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort. On the upper level, an open mezzanine overlooking the living area includes a sofa bed, offering additional sleeping space. You will also find a bedroom with a 140 × 200 cm double bed and a second bathroom, ensuring added comfort for larger groups. A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional extra for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook independently and includes a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a Senseo coffee machine, a classic filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, as well as everything you need to prepare your meals. Outside, the terrace is fitted with a retractable awning, outdoor furniture, and sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. The private courtyard, reserved for the property, allows parking for up to two vehicles. Alternatively, the quiet street offers free parking, with additional spaces available nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout. Ideally located, the loft offers easy walking access to Vias village. The beaches are 2.5 km away, with free parking available near the beach. A bus service also provides direct access to the beach from the village. The quiet street ensures peaceful nights. For your arrival, the RIBOLEYS team provides a welcome kit, including dish towels and microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and a bath mat, so you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. The RIBOLEYS team will welcome you directly at the property to hand over the keys and will remain available throughout your stay. Guest access The ground floor is unoccupied, so you have the loft and courtyard to yourself. The courtyard offers side-by-side parking for 2 vehicles and is enclosed by a secure gate. Other things to note July & August - The property is only available from Sunday to Sunday - End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory: fixed fee of €120 (incl. VAT) If the cleaning fee does not appear on your booking confirmation, it will need to be paid on site upon arrival - A €400 security deposit is required upon arrival Outside July and August - Cleaning is optional: you may clean the property yourself or book our cleaning service for €120 (incl.
