This home offers access to community perks such as 3 lakes, basketball/tennis/pickleball courts, a playground, gym, recreation center and more! After you are done shopping, skiing, snow-tubing, and more...come back to our home to kick back and watch a movie in our six-person theater!!! During snow seasons, you can access the top of the sledding hill from our backyard and sled down to the Rec Center and indoor pool!! House sleeps 8 people (3 bedrooms and sofa bed in loft). PLEASE NOTE! Our home does not not have air conditioning! We are in a higher altitude so the summer months provide typically a nice cross-breeze with the windows open and fans on! Additional rules - Primary renting guest must be at least 23 yrs. old. - There is a $50 registration fee and Renter's Application due to the HOA That fee is added into the cleaning fee. Renter's Application will be emailed to guest three weeks prior to stay. - Please note you will need to purchase guests passes upon arrival for access to the community pools and amenities - Renter supply their own bath towels. Bed sheets are located in the hall closet and master bedroom for your use. Washer & dryer on-site. These eco-friendly lakes permit only non-motorized water vessels. Kayak, canoe, paddle, swim or float while the kids can enjoy the opportunity to catch-and-release fish!
