The space ➤ Our accommodation is a Mediterranean type villa located in a residential area of CASTELNAU LE LEZ. It has a surface of about 140m2 with 4 bedrooms. It has a capacity of 8 adults. Its surface area and its functional layout offer you all the necessary comfort. ➤ The accommodation, air-conditioned, is ideal for a family with children, four couples or a group of friends, who wish to enjoy the comfort of our house. ➤ The living room area is very cocooning, tastefully decorated and equipped with a flat screen TV and a large comfortable sofa. The dining table can accommodate 8 place settings, ideal for family dinners. ➤ The night space, is divided into four bedrooms: One of them is a master suite which will give you even more privacy. Two other bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The last one is a child's room with two 90cm bunk beds. ➤ The kitchen is equipped with induction plates, pots, pans, dishes, oven, coffee machine, utensils... We leave at your disposal basic condiments such as: Sugar, salt, pepper, coffee ... For your comfort from your arrival. ➤ Our two bathrooms have all the necessary equipment to satisfy you with additional toilets. We put at your disposal a welcome kit: A little mini-format attention consisting of shower gel, shampoo, hand soap. ➤ The garden presents outstanding services: A terrace with its outdoor furniture, a dining area with a plancha, a beautiful pool and its beach will offer you a real moment of relaxation. ➤ Towels are at your disposal. We also provide all the household linen. Please note that a washing machine is available in the accommodation. Wi-Fi is free and secure. You will be able to tele-work in peace if needed. The accommodation has a dedicated workspace. ➤ The accommodation is completely NON SMOKING. Penalties may be applied to you if a smell of smoke is present in the apartment upon your departure. ➤ The cleanliness of the accommodation is one of our main requirements.
