This is a pleasant apartment, bright, spacious and cozy, it is the perfect choice for those looking for relaxation and comfort in Lisbon. The apartment is located on the 5th floor (with two elevators) of a very familiar and quiet residential building. Ideal for a family stay with or without children, business travelers or a group of friends. The space The apartment is fully furnished, decorated and equipped. The decor has been carefully chosen to make you feel like you are at home. There are available for reading, several books in different languages, which can be read during your stay in Lisbon or you can always choose to make an exchange, leaving one and taking another. We want to make this practice an exchange of life experiences. To be able to relax at the end of the day, with family or friends, with or without children, several fun games are available. It is worth noting the particularity of presenting works by friendly artists in our apartment. So you can take a little bit of our Portuguese art back home. The apartment with capacity for 6 people comprises: - 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed, with air conditioning and one with a single bed that converts into a double if necessary; - Living and dining room, LCD TV and free Wi-Fi. Closed balcony, where you can enjoy a good time reading; - 2 bathrooms, one with a shower base and the other with a bathtub, with shower gel/Shampoo, conditioner, hand gel and body lotion available; - Fully equipped kitchen; - Small balcony overlooking the Tejo river, where you can enjoy the view and have breakfast. The existence of a bed with railings, toys, a highchair, among other baby and child utensils, allows great comfort for those who decide to come as a family with the little ones. Bath towels and bed linen are provided. Guest access Guests have access to all rooms in the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is located in Olaias, in a quiet residential area in Lisbon, close to all kinds of shops and with the subway station "Olaias" right in front. The subway allows you to reach the center of Lisbon in 10 minutes. The airport is also 10 minutes away by subway. The property is ''Self-Catered'. Hygiene products, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and moisturizing cream are provided upon arrival. Other products are also available as a courtesy only and no replacements are made during the stay. All other items must be purchased by the guest. Bed and bath linen is provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation only covers check-out cleaning. Check-in can be done after 04:00 pm. The respective access codes to the building and the apartment will be given on the same day, with only one set of keys being provided.
