"Welcome to our fairy tale." "Miłochata" is a beautifully situated, sunny, scenic, year-round wooden house with a glass gable. It is located in the Bieszczady Mountains, near Lake Solina, surrounded by the forests of Baligród. The cottage is located on the hill of our settlement, 300 meters from the nearest buildings of the abutment of the village of Wola Matiaszowa. The cottage is surrounded by forest and has a beautiful view of the opposite "Wierchy". A HOT TUB WITH HYDROMASSAGE awaits guests to make it nice :) The space "Miłochata" is a beautifully located, sunny, scenic, year-round wooden house with a glass gable. The cottage is designed for a maximum of 6 people, to make your stay comfortable and your rest at the highest level. The cottage is located on the hill of our settlement, about 200 m away from Skrzydlata Chata, deep in the forest and 300 meters from the nearest buildings of the abutment of the village of Wola Matiaszowa. The cottage is surrounded by forest and has a beautiful view of the opposite "Wierchy". Downstairs, there is a beautiful, scenic, spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with one large double bed 160x200 and one single 90x200. The bedrooms have beautiful glazed gable windows with fabulous views of the mountains and forest. In the living room, there is a double sofa bed, just in case guests want to configure the sleeping arrangements differently. In front of the cottage there is a fireplace, so that evenings by the fire give a different dimension to rest. We always leave something for the senses, such as scented candles, incense, bluetooth music equipment, artistic decorations and a "tasty welcome" to make you feel at home. For moments of relaxation in an armchair or bed, we leave a small book collection, including, among others, books on nature and books about the Bieszczady Mountains. Board games will also make evenings together more enjoyable. We guarantee a unique atmosphere. The cottage is equipped with a charcoal grill and deckchairs outside. The property has Wi-Fi, but if you need to, you can turn off the router and enjoy this little end of the world:) For our guests, in the living room of the cottage, we have prepared a projection screen with a multimedia projector and Netflix and Prime Video service, so that every moment is spent nicely and that long winter evenings are turned into cinema sessions in the glow of the fireplace. We do not equip the cottages with traditional television, which encourages guests to talk together, be together and enjoy their rest to the fullest, without haste, without unnecessary stimuli. Right next to the cottage there are parking spaces for guests, access to the cottage 300 m by gravel road from the main asphalt road. IN WINTER, due to the driveway, in periods of heavy snowfall, an additional parking lot is prepared at the very exit from the asphalt road. NEW!!! For the guests of Miłochata, we have prepared a wood-fired outdoor HOT TUB with HYDROMASSAGE (water jacuzzi). The tub is EXCLUSIVELY for the guests of MIŁOCHATA, right next to the cottage, so that "nice" is at your fingertips :) It will be beautiful, it will be nice :) FOR KIDS :) In the Settlement, there is a mysterious "Forest Playground", hidden among the trees. You will find here, among others: a forest zip line, a trampoline, a swing, a stork's nest, a slide, a sensory path, a sandbox / mini beach with a mud kitchen. This natural playground is constantly changing, constantly developing, and it is fun and relaxing :) The playground is 150m from Miłochata, in our settlement. Important information: In winter, during intense snowfall, snow retention, and black ice, we have prepared a parking lot for you at the exit from the asphalt road 300m from Miłochata (we recommend leaving the car in the lower parking lot), in other periods, access to the cottage itself. Guest access Exclusive house Other things to note Booking is possible after accepting the terms and conditions of the object. Upon arrival, a refundable deposit of PLN 1000 is collected, which is returned during departure. Use of the hot tub is subject to an additional fee: a one-time starting fee of PLN 500, unlimited access during the stay. The desire to use the hot tub should be reported before arrival in order to prepare. NOTE. We do not rent the cottage for big parties, it is a slow-style holiday home, in a quiet, VW natural setting. The principle of good neighborliness and quiet hours apply.
