While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain. •POOL: Heating for our in-ground pool and integrated hot tub is included in your rental, except for the cooler season. Should you wish to have the pool heated during that time, please notify us in advance of your arrival as there will be a supplemental charge per day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. Note: Only one, the pool or the spa can heat at the same time. Pool heating will have to be turned back on after the spa is not in use, you will need to notify us. Pricing is as follows- October and April - $200/night to heat pool November, December, & March - $300/night to heat pool No jumping, diving, running or rough play near the pool and hot tub area. No glass can be around the pool and hot tub, there are plastic cups in the kitchen to be used outside. Please mind the quiet hours (no loud noises after 10pm). No intoxicated persons may use the pool or hot tub. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - YOU SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. • EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees. • DOGS: Dogs are welcome and there is a one time fee of $100.
