Welcome to Västervik and our fantastic 18th centuryhouse. Enjoy a morning dip from a jetty just a few minutes from the house, or walk 15 minutes to Breviksbadet. You can reach the restaurants in the city center in just a few minutes on foot. Fully equipped kitchen , large TV, fast wifi and a Chromecast. Bed linen is included. There is a travel cot for small children. You rent apartment 31 (out of a total of 3), located on the first floor. The apartment is approximately 120 square meters. The space The apartment is located on the first floor. Above the stairs you will enter a small hall with space for outerwear. On your right side you will find two of the bedrooms. To the left is a newly built bathroom equipped with shower. If you turn left from the hall you will reach the balcony where you can see a glimpse of the sea. The balcony is overlooking the courtyard with fruit trees, the parking lot and beautiful older buildings. In the center of the apartment is the kitchen, dining area and living room in an open floor plan. The dining table seats 6 people and has a TV and sofa. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge and freezer and a separate ice maker. Master bedroom with two beds is located beyond the living room. From the master bedroom you will reach the exclusive bathroom which has a whirlpool tub, separate shower, toilet and double sinks. Among the pictures you will find a photo showing the floor plan of the apartment. For those traveling with small children, there is a travel cot for babies and a high chair. Guest access You rent the entire apartment. There are three apartments in the house. You have access to two patios in the courtyard, these are shared with other guests. The balcony belongs to this apartment, it is not shared with other guests. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are included. Please take care of our house and leave it in the condition you want to find it. There is a small city street outside the house. There is very little traffic here, but you can sometimes hear people passing by on the street. There are blinds in the bedrooms.
