Private bedroom with share bathroom in a beautiful house in safe and quite subdivision. 20 min from downtown. 25 min from RDU airport. The room comes with 1000Mbps Fiber Optics Fast WiFi. HDTV with Streaming services, coffee make, Refrigerator and other amenities. Large room, Memory form Queen bed, closet, 2 large windows with tons of natural light but Blackout curtains for your sound sleep. Dining table and chair dedicated work area with both WiFi and Ethernet cable available. The space The room is located on the second floor of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 story house. It is not adjacent to any other bedrooms, very quiet and private. QLED TV with all major steaming services, including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Max, Hulu, Apple TV, Peacock, ESPN and many more channels in luded. Coffee maker, refrigerator, extra towels, sheets, etc.. everything you need you can find in the room or in the storage closet in the hallway. Shared bathroom just outside the bedroom, you will be sharing with one other Airbnb room (Cozy Grey). Separate thermostats for each floors. Guest access Kitchen and Laundry is available for long stay guests. During your stay By my phone, messanger on Airbnb App. I'll be around if you need me or for meet and greet. But I fully respect guests privacy. Other things to note Please be aware of other guest rooms and neighbors. Quiet time is after 10pm and before 7am. Shared bathroom is guests responsible to keep it clean during the stay, beside host will check and clean periodically.
