IMPORTANT: For check-in after 8pm there is an additional convenience fee, so you need to check prices and payment method with the host :) For the comfort of our guests, the apartment has: - 1 bedroom with double bed and balcony; - 1 double sofa bed in the living room; - Air conditioning in the room; - 1 social bathroom; - 1 flat screen TV in the living room; - Wifi available; - Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, stove, household utensils and pans; - Hotel quality bed and bath linen; - The garage is rotating and does not have space for all apartments, operating according to availability at the time and without guarantee or reservation. Quiet side street if you need to park there. Observations: There are works around the property and/or in the building that may cause noise. * Cleaning included in the price is only carried out at check-out. If the guest would like extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are available, as well as sheets for the number of guests indicated. It is recommended to get to know better what the neighborhood offers and to be extremely safe, with monitoring camera systems on practically all streets. If you need to go to more distant locations, Uber in Florianópolis works very well and can take you to any beach on the island.
