Sleeps 4: 160 cm queen size bed or twin beds and a new and comfortable sofa bed. High chair, stroller, changing mat and bathtub available. The space Small cozy house completely restored. The circuit is 15 minutes by car and 30 minutes by tram. The Old Mans is a 20-minute walk away. Many visits and activities to do in Le Mans and the surrounding area. Shops, tram, bus, park, nearby. The house is located in a quiet area near the city center and Vieux Mans. It is in the same courtyard as our house, but you can count on our perfect discretion during your stay. The accommodation can accommodate 4 people (a double bed and a new and comfortable sofa bed in the living room). Stroller, high chair and changing mat available.
