Our family's farmhouse is a 120-year-old home on the prairie in north central Oklahoma. Front porch, fully-equipped kitchen, upstairs bedroom, downstairs master bedroom, two downstairs baths, daybed in living room; central heat and air. This country place is quiet and off-the-beaten-path. Sleeps up to 5. (Located halfway between Oklahoma City and Wichita, two miles off I-35. 1.25 hours from Oklahoma City; 1.5 hours west of Tulsa; 50 minutes north of Stillwater; 45 minutes east of Enid.) The space Good place for a quiet retreat, walks in the country, peaceful time-away for an individual or with family, friends. Perfect spot to spend time in nature on the prairie or view the birds and other wildlife from the front porch. On a clear, moonless night many stars are visible; sometimes the swath of Milky Way. Guest access Entire House Other things to note NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE NO Parties There is parking in the driveways and secured parking for one vehicle in the barn. This is an old house in the country. Expect to experience some wildlife: deer, possum, skunk, racoon, mice, armadillo, birds, butterflies and other insects... For long-term stays: Guests must use what we provide and not move in furniture and lots of belongings. Partying, entertaining additional guests is not allowed. We will check in with you to determine when to come and change linens, clean, etc.
