The place is equipped with all the house essentials for a relaxing holiday. The gated scheme is very peaceful and clean with well maintained grounds. In addition, the community has 24hr security. Centrally located, Phoenix Park is the perfect place for families or groups to retreat and explore the best of Jamaica! The space The house is fully furnished with brand new furniture and appliances. Furthermore, there are newly installed air-conditioned units in every room. Additionally, all doors and windows are fully grilled for added security . Has got Hot water The rooms are very spacious. Each room contains a queen sized bed, dresser and a built in closet. The master bedroom has an additional TV. The property comes with a modern open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, stove, microwave and kitchen utensils. The living room is kitted with a 3 piece sofa and a 50 inch smart TV. All guests get to enjoy complimentary wi-fi, cable TV and Netflix. The is also a back garden, front patio and free parking at the entrance of the house Guest access As guests, you will have the entire home to yourself. The home is accessible using an electronically coded door lock. The code will be issued on the day of arrival. There is free parking accessible in front of the house. You are also free to explore the Phoenix park community. There are parks and play areas for public use. It is important to note that Phoenix Park has a 24 hour guarded security entrance for added safety. As a result, only residence or registered guests on a booking will be allowed access to the community.
