Pets are welcome! There is a $50 pet fee. A 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Location is 3 minutes from Lake Sinclair and 17 minutes from historic downtown Milledgeville. Lake Oconee is 20 minutes with Eatonton only 10 minutes from the property. Plenty of places to dine and shop 10 minutes away in either Milledgeville or Eatonton. The space Apartment has a deck off the dining/sitting area. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon sipping ice tea and listening to the birds or reading a book. An outside play area for kids is available also. Great area to enjoy an stroll around the neighborhood. The apartment is the bottom portion of our home so noise is to be expected. We have 2 young children who love to play so footsteps and the occasional jump will be heard. Guest access Guests are free to walk around the property or venture out for a walk in the slightly elevated hills of the neighborhood. There are also chairs or swing available to use. Other things to note The Millidgeville and Eatonton area has lots of attractions and places to visit. There are 2 major lakes in the area for fishing, water sports or just plain relaxing. Famous fishing tournaments are held yearly. Millidgeville is known for its’ colleges and historic downtown area. Maybe your a parent visiting your college student. Visiting the area “walking park” at the River Walk located in Millidgeville would be great for a day of picnicking. Or visit the historic Uncle Remus museum. There are so many options. Atlanta is only an hour away with Macon approximately a 45 minute drive.
