The Night Owl /Room #1/ private and comfortable

Pleasant space for your comfort while you travel. This room has a queen size memory foam bed on the ground floor of the house. There are two other listings with different layouts to check out if you would prefer those accommodations. Guests have a separate entrance to the Airbnb space that includes a shared bathroom, and shared common room, with amenities. Coffee, bottled water and a portable breakfast is provided. We are centrally located between Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca. The space The space has a warm homey atmosphere in a quiet community. We are continually working on updates to make things more comfortable for our guests. Snacks, water and portable breakfast items will be available. Guest access Aside from the private rooms, and shared bathroom, there is a cozy common room with a small table and chair set, love seat, microwave, mini refrigerator, Roku tv, and coffee maker guests can share. During your stay I am available any time via text or phone. Your privacy is respected. Other things to note We have multiple cats but since the guest floor is completely separate from the main house guests shouldn't be in contact with them.
