Spacious accommodation, recently renovated with modern decor in a cozy spirit with pastel colors. 108 m2 single-story house in the countryside, fully equipped with all comforts, with reversible air conditioning. Open-plan kitchen with all the necessary equipment: induction hob, hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge, Senseo coffee maker and classic filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle are available. Living room with sofa, armchair + flat screen TV. Reversible air conditioning. FO Wifi. The cottage can accommodate 5 to 7 people + baby. The sleeping area. The cottage has 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 140x190 1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90 x 190 + dressing room in each of the bedrooms. Peak season summer booking July/August: check-ins and checkouts are only on Sundays at this cottage. No noise will be tolerated. The Estate includes 4 nearby accommodations, absolute respect for the place is imperative. - Electricity package included up to 20 KWH/day.
