The recently renovated second floor apartment is situated in one of the most picturesque settings of the Lake Como, almost 350m above Varenna (20 min drive), and it can host up to 3 guests. The first floor belongs to a family who lives there all year round, but just the entrance is shared. Free wifi installed in all of the property. The space The apartment has just been renovated in 2021 with high quality materials and refined furnishings. It has a bright and spacious open-plan living room with a big and comfortable sofa, which can turn into a single bed, and a smart TV. The open-plan room also boasts the dining room, with a big round table and leather chairs, and the modernist kitchen fitted with all the stuff and electronic devices essential to prepare your holiday meals. While sitting at the table, you can enjoy the stunning view on the lake. But you can also have your meal on the balcony. A spiral staircase leads up to the sleeping area. The bedroom is very peaceful and bright and it overlooks a big and panoramic terrace where relaxing before going to bed or in the morning as soon as you wake up. Finally the apartment features a modern bathroom equipped with spacious power shower, a wash basin, vanity mirror, WC and bidet. In the external area there is a solarium with a private Jacuzzi at your entire disposal, two new sun loungers and a parasol. Stunning lake view position, comfortable climate and the proximity to paths and mountains make the accomodation an ideal destination for those who love the relax as well as for those who like hiking. *** The payment of the tourist tax will be required at your arrival.
