Great, renovated space at the the base of the Western Promenade on the gorgeous west end of Portland's Peninsula. Comfortable, convenient, a great place to hunker down or from where to launch out! The space Designed for optimal flexibility, this wonderful ground-floor apartment can be used as a one, two or three bedroom space. And it also has access to up to two bathrooms! The one bedroom option is available for individuals and couples. If you need more space because of sleeping needs, we will happily open up more space to you. The space can sleep up to ten people with the use of a queen pullout couch and rollaway cot! Extra guests after two are $50/person/night. Guest access You will have access to their entire space needed. There will be no area within the space shown to you off-limits or used for the owner's things :-) Other things to note There is parking for at least two cars. The apartment has only two small steps and is on the ground level. There is keyless entry and the code will be changed for you so there is no issue with key security. My cat lives in this property; we keep the space extraordinarily clean if you are allergic. And if you love cats, she's great. Feel free to let her in if you like. She will let you know what she wants; she's an independent woman.
