Welcome to our cozy accommodation with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. Our guests love the central location and the comfortable beds. Fast internet, large TV, and close proximity to restaurants and the sea. Relax in the courtyard, or take a short walk to the restaurants in the city center. This part of Västervik boasts many beautiful older houses. You’ll stay in Apartment #2, located on the ground floor. The size is around 60 square meters. Our house has a total of three apartments. The space Apartment #2 is the quietest apartment in the house, so you will sleep well here. The bedrooms face a street that basically has no traffic at all. The apartment has a rustic kitchen and everything needed to make your stay comfortable. There is a brand new fridge here and there are bedside lamps in the bedrooms. When you enter the apartment, you will find a small hall with space for outerwear. On the left you will find the apartment's bathroom, which has a shower and heated towel rail. Next you will find the first bedroom which has two comfortable 90 cm wide beds. Central in the apartment is the kitchen. It is a country-style kitchen with a modern hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Kettle and coffee maker. The kitchen has a dining table for 4 people. From the kitchen you reach the apartment's second bedroom, which has two comfortable 90-beds. This room also contains the apartment's living room with large TV and two armchairs. For those traveling with small children, there is a travel cot and a high chair (Ikea Antilop). Among the pictures, you will find a photo showing the apartment's floor plan. When we have furnished the apartment, we have prioritized what many of our guests think is most important: Really comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Each apartment in this house has its own charm. Apartment #1 is the most modern. Apartment #3 is best for larger groups and it has a jacuzzi and also a balcony with sea-glimpse. Guest access You rent the entire apartment. There are three apartments in the house. You have access to two patios in the courtyard, these are shared with other guests. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are included. Please take care of our house and leave it in a proper condition. There is a small city street outside the house. There is very little traffic here, but you can sometimes hear people passing by on the street. There are blinds in the bedrooms.
