The apartment is on the third floor (with AN ELEVATOR), in a fully renovated early twentieth century building. We are in the historic center, near the famous Ballarò Market, which has preserved the tradition and charm of the past, opening up in recent years to a regular and relaxed tourist presence. Strategically located with respect to the Cathedral (7 minutes), Piazza Pretoria with the churches of Martorana and San Cataldo (8 minutes) and the Norman Palace (10 minutes). The space Guests will have access to a large room with a double bed (25 square meters) and a second large room with a double bed and an armchair bed. They will also have an exclusive bathroom, consisting of two separate rooms. In the first, the sink area, the second the toilet and a comfortable bathtub. There is also a changing table for infants. Shared with guests of another bedroom, but rented separately, there is a large kitchen and a large living room. Both the bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. The apartment has an independent heating system. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi that allows you to stay quietly in the Home Office. In one of the rooms, there is a comfortable work desk. There is a TV with a clear satellite receiver that allows access to the main foreign TVs. The other bedroom can be rented for a total of 8 seats upon request. Guest access Access is barrier-free, with a wheelchair ramp and a large elevator for bulky loads. Other things to note There is a large aquarium in the kitchen. Please don't feed the fish.
