The Corte dell'Orologio is located in Endine Gaiano, just a 10-minute walk from Lake Endine. Modern apartment with attention to every detail, part of a quiet and peaceful building. Opening the windows you can see the lake in all its glory. Parking spaces are uncovered and free inside the courtyard. The accommodation was built on the foundations of the Duke of Endine's palace; history and modernity come together to let you discover the beauty of the lake all year round. The space To enter the courtyard by car, a narrow two-way climb is required (old town NO ZTL). The entrance door allows the entry of all types of cars with some necessary maneuvering. The gate is automatic, so the guest is provided with the remote control and the key in case of a power failure. Inside the courtyard, the guest will have uncovered parking spaces available. The apartment is furnished with refined furniture and objects, special care is required. The carpet in the living room is prestigious, guests are required not to wear shoes inside the apartment and that the animals allowed are cleaned well before entering the apartment. In the living room there is a sofa bed, on the mezzanine there is a double bed. Dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery, towels, placemats, detergents and sponges are provided for any needs (including even coarse cleaning at check-out), vacuum cleaner, TV, broom, brush, hairdryer, hangers, milk mount, moka coffee for induction hob, plate covers for induction hob, special garbage bags, kettle, television, books, blankets, pillows, set of towels (shower towel, face, bidet). Upon arrival, you will find both the sofa bed and the bed ready with clean sheets and a set of three towels for each guest. The apartment is inside a quiet and peaceful condominium, guests are required to respect the normal rules of politeness and to avoid nightly noise. Condominium regulations: quiet hours from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Guest access Lake Endine is a hidden pearl of the Cavallina Valley, nestled between rolling hills and lush forests.
