Beautiful Beach Bungalow with Courtyards Galore!

Set foot inside the beautiful courtyard and leave all your cares behind! Newly remodeled two bedroom, two bath cottage designed for privacy and relaxation. You’ll love the serenity of the gardens, fountains and Dutch Doors to let in the ocean breezes!. Steps from beach access and walking distance to town. Fully fenced so feel free to bring your furry friends! If your dates are not available on the calendar, contact me as I sometimes have dates blocked for family that can be made available. The space This is a gorgeous bungalow with original Dutch Doors to let in the ocean breezes and a wrap around outdoor courtyard complete with fountain and pond. This is a very private space. Everything is new - new floors, new fixtures, new paint...comfort abounds. Please treat the space as such. There are bikes, washer and dryer, beach supplies. We would appreciate you watering the interior plants and adding water to the fountain if it runs low. LEAVING THE BUNGALOW The bungalow was neat and clean when you arrived and we request that it be left in a similar state when you depart: Load the dishwasher - It's fine to just leave the dishwasher running. Make a pile of the towels you've used and the sheets so we can get busy washing! Leave the cottage in a generally neat condition Guest access You will have full use of the space. .There is a washer and dryer in the garage and additional supplies and tools to make your stay comfortable. There are bikes, boogie boards even a surfboard. We want you to have a great time. Just treat these things as you would your own. Other things to note Parking is extremely limited. This property is only two blocks from the beach and less than a block from church, schools and parks. You will have one space in the driveway so if you have guests, please be aware! We have reconfigured the front of the house so you can pull another small car into the gravel in front. House is full of Dutch Doors to let in the breezes. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms. There are portable heaters in both bedrooms and a portable fan. This is an old home although it has been remodeled and we replaced the water heater, pipes, etc. It still takes a bit of time to get hot water to the sink. Try to wash off sand before using the jacuzzi tub. There is no air conditioning. We recommend opening the dutch door windows, you'll get a great breeze. There are also overhead fans and additional fans you can set up in all of the rooms. There are candles in the fireplaces that have remote controls for additional mood lighting. There is a handyman who lives across the street and handles the trash, watering, etc. If anything goes wrong let me know and I can dispatch Hector to help you.
