A spacious 4 bedroom contemporary town house with stunning views over the Northam Burrows and the beach at Westward Ho! The beach, restaurants, shops and amusements are only a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive away with plenty of local parking. Built in 2015 it comprises of 4 large bedrooms, two of which are en-suite with balconies and sea view. A spacious kitchen/diner leads out through bi-fold doors onto a decked area with seating for everyone. A great place for a BBQ and to watch the sunset The space *Please note that this house can only be booked for a week minimum at a time, check in is on a Friday or Saturday however if you would like to stay longer than a week please contact me and I will see if I can accommodate you. This house has a strictly no pets allowed policy, anyone found to contravene this rule will be asked to leave. Only service dogs allowed under agreement This fantastically appointed townhouse is a great location to visit the beautiful two mile blue flag beach, local restaurants, bars, shops, surf schools and amusements, there is also plenty of local parking. The beach side car park at the pebble ridge does excellent rates if you buy a pass for the week. The house is situated in a perfect location for all sorts of activities. Learn to surf, swim in the sea, go for a walk or a bike ride on the rugged cliff paths of the tarka trail, go swimming at the local pool. If you want to go a little further afield visit the beautiful villages of Appledore and Clovelly, visit Bideford or Barnstable to shop or have a bite to eat, Hartland and its magnificent walks and views, take a helicopter or ferry to Lundy island to see its magnificent wildlife or even the Skern Lodge activity centre, and much more, North Devon has so much to offer. This contemporary house is spread over four floors, tastefully decorated with large rooms and fantastic views from its balconies and decking area, just see some of our sunsets in our pics. Lower ground comprises of the well equipped kitchen diner and utility room. This area has a large curved 50 inch smart TV, blu-ray player with a selection of Blu-rays and DVD’s, board games and books for your entertainment, also a large dining table with seating for all our guests. Bi-fold doors at the rear lead out to the back garden there you will find a raised decked area with a dining table for 8 people. Stairs lead down to the lower shingled garden with gas BBQ. There is also lockable under deck storage for bicycles. On the ground floor you will find a WC and large lounge area with smart TV, comfy sofa and chairs and a desk for those unlucky to have to work. This room also has a sizeable balcony with views across the beach at Westward Ho! to Lundy island. Watch out for those sunsets! The first floor has two double bedrooms, the first one has plenty of storage space, en-suite shower room and a sizeable balcony with chairs. The other bedroom has a trio bed, a double with a single above with plenty of wardrobe space. On the top floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite, dressing room, smart TV and a sizeable balcony with a circular outside bed, a great place to watch those fantastic sunsets. The final twin bedroom is at the front of the house, a large bedroom with plenty of space and storage. Guest access Whole house Other things to note A selection of coffee pods, instant coffee, tea, biscuits and milk in the fridge are left for each new guest on arrival.
