The space This downtown location underwent a full renovation and now features all new modern amenities including an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, ice-maker, HVAC and more! A recent two-year renovation from the top to bottom has really set this apart. Exposed brick walls give this space lots of charm and warmth. We kept the best architectural features essentially giving the building a complete makeover with refinished wood floors, huge ceilings, soundproofed walls, new atrium's, skylights, exits, fire separation throughout. Guest access You must be at least 25 years of age to book a condo with us. Only registered guests are approved for access to our property, no visitors or hosted events allowed. Sorry, we do not accept 3rd-party reservations. That's an Airbnb Rule too. The person belonging to the AirBnB account making the reservation must be the one staying with us. Checkin is 3-6pm, late checkin available for $30 fee between 6 and 10 PM (anything past 10 PM would incur a $20 fee for every 30 minutes or fraction thereof). Late check-in is subject to staffing availability (minimum 48 hours notice required), but we will try to accommodate you. Early check (if available) can be arranged for a $20 fee. You have several paid parking choices around the back of the building. You can also park for free on the street on weekends (unless otherwise posted) from Friday 4 PM through Monday at 8 AM. Parking in the City lot runs eight dollars per 12 hours. You can also pay by the day, month or longer by going to the website cityparkingonline enter "monroe ward" as your location. When parking in the paid lot behind the building be DO NOT to park in any spaces painted white, marked with "TR", and/or marked as "Reserved" as you could get towed. We greet all guests arriving in person. Upon arrival, guests will be required to present a valid government ID to make a copy of and keep for our records. At this time you will also need to send us a confirmation text through the Airbnb website. After personal greeting from Via Airbnb website, guests will be texted how to enter the building. Also via Airbnb text message, guests will be given instructions on how to enter their apartment door which will contain a key to enter their room. This is a fully functioning, multi level building that has been converted into luxury apartments and is the home to several first floor businesses. This is a "Quiet Building" we do ask that you keep in mind our yearly residents and refrain from making any disturbances or loud noises during your visit. Other things to note Free bus right out front! A drop off for the 50 million dollar Pulse Rapid Transit bus system is now built on Broad Street in front of the building. The Pulse will get you from one end of town to the other in a matter of minutes for FREE! There's also lots to do and see around here. Just ask us for any ideas about venues, shopping or restaurants.
