The accommodation is located in "La Eria"; a modern, quiet neighborhood, and with all the services just a 15-minute walk from downtown, 10 from the Palacio de Congresos and less than 5 from the Real Oviedo soccer field. It is an ideal option both for those looking for a "base" from which to explore Oviedo and the most important places in Asturias, and for those looking for long stays and/or teleworking. The house is perfectly equipped and prepared with the essentials. It has Wi-Fi and a garage. The space The accommodation is all exterior and very bright as it is on the 5th floor, offering views over the city and nearby Mount Naranco. It consists of a large living/dining room with a sofa that transforms into a comfortable 140 cm double bed, a smart TV with Netflix and a large table with space for 5 people and ideal not only for lunch and dinner, but also for work. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and small appliances such as a microwave, blender, toaster, etc. There are 2 bedrooms; the main one, with a 150 cm double bed, Tempur mattress, satellite television with national and international channels, wardrobe and full bathroom with bathtub inside the room, and the secondary one with a 135 cm double bed and also a wardrobe. The apartment is completed with a second full bathroom with shower and a garage space in the building itself next to the elevator that goes directly from the apartment to the garage, which makes it much easier to arrive with luggage, purchases, etc. Children and babies are welcome. The price of the accommodation includes: bed linen, towels and the consumption of: water, electricity, internet and heating (all central) so that for your stay the only thing you should bring is the desire to have a good time. :-) Guest access Guests will have the apartment exclusively to themselves and will have private and exclusive access to all areas of the apartment without sharing them with anyone else.
