After traveling around the world we have come to the realization that there may not be a more beautiful and dynamic place to live than here. Sitting on the deck looking out at the ocean, one feels a million miles away from civilization. However we are close enough to be in Santa Monica in 20 minutes, Beverly Hills in 30 and the airport in 45. Not to mention we are 10 minutes from Malibu Pier and some of the best beaches in the world. Our neighborhood is highly coveted for all these reasons, it's truly one of the best spots in Eastern Malibu. Uber, Lyft and Taxis are avail but not always prompt. We generally suggest rental cars. We are pet friendly and subject to approval upon request. There is a nightly pet fee of $60.
