Brand new Japanese modern pool villa nestled in a prime location in Bangtao, Laguna, Phuket. This villa invokes a sense of peace, relaxation, and harmony with nature. The space The Bonsai House is a 2-storey pool villa with 300 sq.m. of living area set on 250 sq.m. of land area. This property is part of the "Elements by the Wallaya" complex, a gated community of 9 villas, allowing for peace and privacy. The villa has 3 bedrooms with king-sized beds, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The large private pool is 7x4 metres and 1.5 metres deep, and has a waterfall feature. The kitchen has a large 2-door refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, and an oven/stove along with all the necessary cooking utensils, while the dining area features a high table and high chairs. A mesh Wi-Fi system and Netflix are available during your stay, with four 55-inch Samsung LED TVs situated throughout the villa. A clothes washer is also available in the villa's laundry, which is connected to the 2 car garage located at the front of the villa. The downstairs lounge and first bedroom area open up onto the pool and garden, allowing you to sit back and relax on the sun loungers or outdoor table. The big balcony is accessible from the master bedroom and has an outdoor table and BBQ equipment, where you can host family or friends. REMARK: *Electricity and water are not included. We will record mater usage at check-in and check-out. Electricity is THB6 per unit and water is THB25 per unit. The cost to be paid in cash only. * Housekeeping will clean the villa before arrival and after check out. Guest access You can use all area of whole villa Other things to note HELP US CONSERVE ENERGY You will enjoy complimentary electricity usage of up to 60 kWh per day. Any usage beyond that will be charged at 6 THB per kWh. We kindly ask you to conserve energy by turning off all lights and the air conditioning when you are not in the villa. We will record the electricity meter reading before your arrival. LOCATION The property is not within walking distance of the main road, shops, or restaurants. Private transport is HIGHLY recommended. We can help you arrange car or bike hire. CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT Guests should assume that check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is prior to 12 noon. CLEANING Please note that room rates do not include a daily cleaning fee. Housekeeping will clean the villa before your arrival and after you check out. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra charge. Please read HOUSE RULES.
