A spacious grandma's cottage with a sauna for rent in the countryside of the river near the old train station. Good central location halfway between Kemi (69km) and Rovaniemi (50km) near 4 roads. If necessary, transportation can be arranged through us. Rowing boat and bicycles are occupied by tenants. We also offer a variety of activities according to the seasons. Feel free to ask! We'll agree on a case-by-case basis if we allow pets. A public beach within walking distance. The space The house is very well and clean. Rooms are very spacious and cozy. In the house one bedroom with two single beds. The double bed is located in another space in the living room, shared by an open wall structure. The kitchen has everything you need. Guest access The ground floor of the house is fully available and the entire yard area. Other things to note Our lovely house has once been an old rustic store. The oldest part was built early in the early 20th century and the trade has been expanded in the 1950s. After the trade ended in the late 1980s, ownership was transferred to a relative's son. He renovated this house in 1995 to its current condition. The living room of the house, where the fireplace is located, has been a shop section of the store and the open wall structure is located at the old front door. After purchasing this wonderful ensemble, we didn't want to change the arrangement of the made interior, we experienced this as a very lovely grandma.
