The Fontaine Chaude studio is a 20 m2 apartment, completely renovated and air-conditioned in a 19th century bourgeois building and located in the Hypercentre, 50m from the famous Fontaine Chaude. Its cozy atmosphere will allow you to spend a pleasant tourist or professional stay. The apartment is also available for your spa treatment stays. You can park easily using the many car parks in the city or with direct access from the station by bus. The space Living: It consists of a relaxation area with sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV as well as a dining area with a table and 2 chairs. Wifi is unlimited. At the entrance, a wardrobe will allow you to store your clothes, shoes and jackets for the duration of your stay. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, Tassimo coffee maker and kettle). Bedroom: The bedroom is equipped with a 140x 200 cm bed, 2 bedside tables, cushions and a pillow. Sheets and duvets are provided. The bathroom: It consists of an 80x80cm shower with integrated column and glass wall, a WC, a vanity unit with mirror, a towel dryer, a hair dryer and a washing machine. Others: The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. The apartment has everything you need for cleaning (vacuum cleaner, mop, household products, trash bags) The apartment is equipped with a smoke detector. It is therefore strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment. Wifi is included and unlimited. Bed linen and towels are provided for the entire stay.
