Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a shared full bathroom. *Two extra folding beds. All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included. THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team. Guest access The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities. Other things to note - This property is pet friendly. $300 per pet - If you want the pool to be heated, please request it 48 hours prior arrival. - BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate.
