It has a spacious living room with a balcony, 2 bedrooms with a double bed, another with two single beds and a third bedroom with bunk beds. The entire floor is parquet and it has a complete bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, except for the dishwasher. The apartment is spacious and fresh, with heating for the winter months. Located on the first floor with an elevator. Arrival information: * The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay) * Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm * For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small fee of €30 * For check-ins after midnight, there is a fee of €50 * A securty deposit of 300€ will be required upon arrival and must be paid by credit card.
