7 Bed Rm Lodge at Diamond B Ranch Hocking Hills

The Lodge at the Diamond B Ranch, in the heart of Wayne National Forest, offers a secluded getaway within a short drive of Hocking Hills State Park, Old Man’s Caves, Ash Cave and all of the Hocking Hills attractions. If you prefer, stay and relax on the many rocking chairs on the porch and play some checkers or try your skill at one of the games downstairs. You will have our 116 acres and Wayne national forest to explore right out your door. The space The Lodge is a remote retreat and features a park-like setting in the midst of 116 private wooded acres with abundant trails for relaxing hikes. It has a master suite with king bed, private bath and balcony; 5 queen bedrooms; and another with a twin bed that opens to a king, and 2-1/2 additional bathrooms. The full kitchen has everything you will need including stainless steel gas top stove, refrigerator with ice and water on the door, microwave and dishwasher. The abundant granite countertops and large center island give you plenty of prep space. Don’t feel like cooking inside? Cook outside on the charcoal grill and enjoy the large deck. Downstairs you will find a 120” projector TV, Ms Pac-Man/Donkey Kong/Galaga machine, basketball game, a shuffleboard table and hockey/foosball game along with lots of DVD’s and board games. If you just want to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet, try the rocking chairs and checkerboards on the large second floor porch or build a bonfire and make some smores. Keep in mind that sometimes the crickets and frogs get very noisy! However you like to spend your vacation, The Lodge at the Diamond B Ranch will help you enjoy all life in the country has to offer! Guest access You will get to enjoy the entire house. (except the garage) Other things to note Paid guests only. We DO NOT allow unpaid day or overnight guests. Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests accommodated by the lodge and the number of guests included in your reservation. You will be charged for additional guests and may be asked to leave without refund if the number exceeds the occupancy of the lodge. Our Lodge is intended to provide a quiet/relaxing atmosphere for our guests. We do not allow any parties or load music. Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside the lodge. You are welcome to smoke outside provided all cigarette/cigar butts are placed in the ashtrays or ash buckets that are provided. There is a $500 charge plus damages for smoking in the building. We treat our lodge for pests but remember it is in the woods and you may encounter insects, spiders, mice or other woodland creatures. No refunds will be made because of theses encounters. No candles Pets are not allowed in the lodge. If it is found that there have been unauthorized pets in the building, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged and/or you may be asked to vacate the premises without refund. Any damage caused by the pet will be billed to the credit card of the renter. Possession of any illegal substance prohibited. No Fireworks allowed anywhere on the property. Renter shall not sublet his/her contract. No refunds will be made in unforeseen circumstances pertaining to acts of God. Gas log fireplace dates - October 1st - April 1st Renter agrees to leave premises clean and in good order including washing and putting dishes away and placing all soiled linens in provided hampers in the laundry room. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 fee to be levied to their credit card/deducted from the security deposit.
