Montfranc Ecological and Associative Gîte

On this wooded park, there is a stone house of character from the 18th century, 5 kilometers from Lake Pareloup. Isolated from the neighborhood and yet close to the center of the village, the building lends itself to a friendly and rejuvenating welcome. In this rustic and lively place, biodiversity is preserved and enhanced. The place is managed by Le Château d 'Arvieu, which experiences and educates sustainable lifestyles. The space On the ground floor, you will have an equipped kitchen, a back kitchen for storage of food and equipment, a large dining room, laundry room and toilet. On the first floor you will find four bedrooms with double beds as well as two bathrooms, each with three showers and sinks as well as a toilet. One of the three toilets is a dry toilet. On the second floor is the two wings of the building's attic. Each wing has two rooms of 4 and 2 beds respectively, i.e. 12 single beds in all the attic. Guest access You will have access to the entire building except for the left wing of the ground floor where three discreet people live on their own. They will be on hand to welcome you and make your stay easier Guests will also have free access to the wooded park, where shared gardens take place and occasionally small festive events. The park is maintained respecting biodiversity. The GMaps route is incorrect on the last meters, you have to stop at the blue mailbox and enter through the gravel driveway lined with large trees.
