Montfranc Ecological and Associative Gîte

On this wooded park stands a stone house with character from the 18th century, 5 kilometers from Lake Pareloup. Isolated from the neighborhood and yet close to the center of the village, the building lends itself perfectly to a friendly and rejuvenating welcome. In this rustic and lively place, biodiversity is preserved and enhanced. The place is managed by the association Le Château d'Arvieu, which experiments and raises awareness about sustainable lifestyles. The space On the ground floor you will have an equipped kitchen, a back kitchen for storing food and materials, a large dining room, a laundry room and a toilet. On the first floor you will find four bedrooms with double beds as well as two bathrooms, each with three showers and sinks as well as a toilet. One of the three toilets is a dry toilet. On the second floor are the two wings of the attic of the building. Each wing has two rooms with 4 and 2 beds respectively, or 12 single beds in the entire attic. Guest access You will have access to the entire building except the left wing of the ground floor where three discreet people live independently. They will be there to welcome you and facilitate your stay. You will also have free access to the wooded park, where shared gardens and occasionally small festive events take place. The park is maintained with respect for biodiversity. The GMaps route is incorrect on the last meters, you have to stop at the blue mailbox and enter through the gravel driveway lined with tall trees.
