To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, generator, AC, Wi-Fi, TV - Bar cart, washing machine - Medical kit, mosquito repellent, fire extinguisher - Iron, torch, indoor games - Wardrobe, hangers - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Secured parking space for up to 3 cars and unlimited open parking space outside the premises.  This is a wheelchair-friendly and pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 spacious, well-furnished rooms - 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - All rooms offer AC, Wi-Fi access, a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom. - 2 of the rooms on the first floor have a bed larger than a king-sized bed. - 1 room on the ground floor has a queen-sized bed whereas the other room has a king-sized bed. - 1 bedroom on the ground floor has an extra sofa bed. - The other bedroom on the ground floor also offers a bay window big enough for adults. - The rooms on the first floor are equipped with an attached balcony as well as bay window overseeing the lush lawn. BATHROOMS - There are 4 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom - located outdoors near the pool area. - All attached bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. - There is 1 bathroom available inside the villa for personal help along with 1 bathroom outdoors, behind the living room. COMMON AREAS - There is an expansive living room brimming with natural light on the ground floor of this property. - Embellished with modern-chic decor, this room is equipped with a sofa and chairs and can accommodate up to 12 people. - It also offers amenities such as a TV, wired music system, Wi-Fi access and 2 air conditioners. - There is a separate dining room on the ground floor which can accommodate up to 12 people. - An outdoor dining space is available on the ground floor that can easily accommodate 16 people. - The indoors also feature an exclusive game area with AC in the verandah and an airy sitting area on the ground floor. This space caters to fun games like table tennis, carrom and a pool table. - The exteriors of this quaint villa boast a private outdoor pool coupled with a bar area and loungers where guests can choose to unwind. - The pool is 50x25 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth. - Guests can access the pool between timings 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM. - There is an expansive lush green lawn that covers an area of about 1000 sq.ft. - This well-manicured lawn has ample seating space in the form of seats and tables and can accommodate up to 16 people. KITCHEN - Guests have access to the kitchen premises for reheating purposes only.  - It is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, toaster, and water purifier.  - Crockery and cutlery are also available. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Other things to note FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug. STAFF ACCOMMODATION Up to 2 personal male staff can be accommodated at an additional charge of 1500 plus taxes per day. Meal charges will be additional. They will be accommodated in a separate unit which has an attached washroom. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play competitive indoor board games or try a hand at playing pool or carrom. Have a quiet stroll on the lawn or unwind in the balconies offering great views of the mountains and greenery. The spacious exteriors make it an ideal spot for relaxing. They can also have a quick dip in the pool or simply soak in the beautiful views that each nook and cranny of this place has to offer. And to top it off, guests can savour the delectable barbeque feast while gazing at the starry night while sipping their favourite beverages from the bar area. ADD-ON SERVICES - A barbecue kit can be made available at an additional cost. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - All-male and female groups are not allowed. - This is a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 8 hours. Additionally, the inverter can support all lights and fans for up to 4 hours as well. - Additionally, the inverter can support all lights and fans for up to 4 hours as well. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the various areas of the property for security purposes. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Vi work fairly well here. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - The additional parking space is at a distance of 50mts. from the main villa. - Guests are advised to remain cautious of bugs and insects as the villa is located in a natural environment. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug. - This is a standalone property. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
