Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay, including the kitchen, bathroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all amenities. Public parking is available on the surrounding streets. Other things to note 1. Parking Please use only the parking spaces listed below. You are welcome to park in the underground garage. However, please use only the spaces marked with a Sali sign (Nos. 3, 16, and 27). Important: Each apartment has only one parking space. If you are arriving with more than one vehicle, we offer additional parking spaces for a fee. You can book an additional space using the check-in link you received before your arrival. After parking your vehicle, please ensure that the garage door is fully closed. The garage doors do not close automatically and must be closed manually. 2. Quiet Hours Please respect the quiet hours in the building and be considerate of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily. During these hours, please avoid loud conversations, music, and other disruptive noises. ``` 3. Balcony Use and Pets Please be considerate of the building's residents and keep noise levels down on the balcony. Especially during the warmer months, many windows and balcony doors are open, so conversations and noises are clearly audible. If you are traveling with pets, please ensure they do not enter the terraces, balconies, or apartments of other residents. 4. Waste Separation Waste separation is legally required in Germany and mandatory for all guests. Please ensure you separate your waste correctly. A contractual penalty of €200 may be charged for improper waste separation.
