The small paddock

In the heart of our horse racing training center, you will find your little cocoon with stunning views of the Puys mountain range. This 50 m2 accommodation, renovated in 2023, has quality bedding with a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed in the mezzanine bedroom. The living room has a high-end 160 sofa bed. A staircase (mill ladder type) provides access to the bedroom (see photo) No parties possible to organize on site the calm is our best friend 😉 The space This quality home is independent of the rest of the buildings. You will have an outdoor space in front of the cottage to park or enjoy lunch in front of the cottage. You enter through the main door into the kitchen and dining area. A door opens to the shower room with its sink. A small staircase climbs into the living room where the sofa bed is located and a door leads to the toilet. A miller's ladder staircase climbs to the bedroom on a mezzanine size. We have taken care of the decoration to make you enjoy a great time. Miniature horses (mini pony format) will be next to the home and love petting for the pleasure of young and old. An equestrian center is 2km away. Subject to availability, you can enjoy a first experience or a pony or horse lesson. I'll give you the contact details if interested. You can also enjoy the trails for hiking or mountain biking (not provided) A wellness area completes our gîte with a heated swimming pool to the delight of adults and children (photo in additional photos) No possibility to charge electric vehicles thank you Guest access Guests have access to the entire vacation rental and its dedicated outdoor space as well as the wellness area with its heated pool (May to September) Access to the miniature horse paddock will be seen together on site for everyone's safety. Other things to note Next to the studio we have the annex of the small paddock a cottage for 2 people at extra cost if needed! A wellness area completes our cottage with a heated pool area (from May to September) to the delight of adults and children. We are 5 minutes from Randan and its royal estate. We can give you all the good addresses on gingham and surroundings to enhance your stay!
