Located immediately adjacent to the iconic Florin Piersic Cinema, this lovely apartment offers the rare combination of a "main street" location with the absolute tranquility of a riverside home. The space The space is composed of one large sleeping area with a comfortable queen size bed and an oversized armchair where you can enjoy a good book or just relax after spending a day visiting the city. If you need to work from home, we've got you covered with a desk and a comfortable chair, so you can get all that work done! The place also features a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. While the city buzzes just outside the front door, this apartment faces the rear courtyard. Open the windows and the only sound you’ll hear is the gentle flow of the Somes River. To make your stay more comfortable in the hot summer days, we have recently added an AC unit to the room. Free Wi-Fi, TV, coffee machine, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board are just a few of the amenities you will find in the apartment to make you feel right at home. We provide fresh towels for each guest. Guest access The whole apartment is available for guests to feel like home. Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor of a building that has no elevator. Other things to note ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE ANNOUNCEMENT FORM Dear guests, please note that all accommodation structures in Romania have the obligation to ask the guests to fill in the ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE ANNOUNCEMENT FORM. After you reserve your stay at our apartment, we send you a message with the online form and we kindly ask you to provide us clear information, as all the data in the online form is required by law. We reserve the right to check the accuracy of the details at check in. Our main goal is to give you the best experience of your stay without any organizational problems! CHILDREN Thank you for considering our apartment for your stay! Please note that for safety reasons, our apartment is not suitable for children. We have heavy furniture such as dressers, bookshelves, and TVs that may not be wall-mounted, and outlets without covers that may pose a risk to young ones. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children to our apartment. OTHER We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (hand soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, one 12ml shower gel per person). The products at your disposal are welcome products, they are there to allow you to arrive in complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. It will depend on the length of your stay and your personal consumption. In case of loss of the keys from the apartment or smoking inside the apartment, we are entitled to the payment of 100 euro for the incurred complications.
