This unit is situated in the ever popular leafy suburb of Walkerville which is close to Nth Adelaide & the City (just minutes by car or bus). Walking distance to Woolworths, BWS, cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, Walkerville Library and the Sussex Hotel. Free Parking and free use of the pool and gym. We also have a lovely balcony which is a great spot for you to enjoy the tranquil view while drinking a nice bottle of South Australian wine. The space In the interest of helping to preserve the environment, we will make up one bed for 2 guests and 2 beds for 3 or 4 guests. If you need 2 beds even though you only have 2 guests, please let us know and we will gladly arrange to make both beds at no extra cost. Free parking is available within the area but if you want to use the allocated car park, please let me know so that I can leave the remote for the boom gate. Guest access You will have access to the entire 2 bedroom apartment. This apartment is part of a hotel complex so the pool and gym will be shared with others. If you need any further information you can speak to the hotel staff who are usually around 24/7. If you need further information about my apartment, please call me. Other things to note Children must be supervised at all times and extra care shall be exercised when children are on the balcony. The table and 2 chairs could easily be climbed upon by a young child so extreme caution shall be taken.
