Casa Cobo is a cozy apartment with all possible amenities. It has air conditioning, a heat pump and electric radiators, Wi-Fi (Fiber) and everything that the guests who have stayed at the house have told us. The apartment is in a very good and quiet neighborhood community The space Casa Cobo has two bedrooms with two single beds each of 190x90cm. The mattresses are very comfortable. In each room there is a closet with hangers and a full-length mirror with light. In the dining room there is a sofa bed, prepared for very specific occasions. The kitchen has a very comfortable island with two stools and a folding dining table with 5 chairs. The bathroom is fully equipped, with an electric radiator, towel rack and shower with screen. Guest access The neighborhood has all the amenities. Just 300 meters away you have a supermarket and several cafes with very reasonable prices. The metro and bus are 5 minutes from the house. You can go to downtown Madrid in 10 minutes as the influx of buses and metro are continuous. From the house, you can move the car perfectly and the parking is comfortable. Other things to note The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The price of a taxi to downtown Madrid is about €7 and Uber or Cabify is a little cheaper.
