Our newly decorated apartment is located in a newly built building in the heart of Seville's old town. It has an elevator and optional parking space for small and medium-sized cars (€20/night). It has a bedroom with a double bed and another with two beds, a bathroom with a shower, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a living room. The apartment is newly renovated (April 2019) so we have lovingly decorated it! :) It has central air conditioning (cold/heat), free Internet connection: ethernet and WiFi (fiber optic), smart TV with free Netflix, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator and washing machine. Of course, you'll find everything you need if you feel like cooking: kitchenware, blender, electric juicer, electric kettle, Tassimo and Italian coffee maker, etc. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and the rooms have ceiling fans, so if you prefer, you can quietly enjoy the natural coolness of the night and avoid the dryness of the air conditioning. We've included some details that will make you feel at home: wireless speaker, a wide selection of history and art books, as well as interior design magazines or board games! Finally, let us know if you want to use our private parking at the property. There is an additional charge of €20/night. Forget about looking for parking in the center and invest all your time in enjoying the city :) It's an exceptional convenience! The building has several areas for community use: two patios and a rooftop to hang clothes and enjoy the views of the neighborhood. A person we trust will meet you at the accommodation to give you the keys and some good directions so you can make the most of your stay :) We will also be available to resolve any type of incident, breakdown, or emergency that may occur. Check-in is preferably from 3:00 PM onwards. However, if necessary and by giving us sufficient notice, you can check in outside these hours, depending on availability, that is, if the cleaning service has left the apartment ready for use. Check-out must be no later than noon. *On Dec 24, Dec 31 and Jan 5, check-in hours will be from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with no possibility of late check-in. However, as long as the accommodation's availability allows, we will be happy to welcome you before 3:00 PM. :) Calle San Luis is one of the most emblematic and lively streets in the northern part of Seville's old town, the city's most charming area. It is a lively and dynamic area by day, yet quiet at night. To get around the old town, we recommend walking, taking advantage of Seville's very flat geography and ideal size for exploring on foot. The downtown shopping area is just a 15-minute walk from the apartment (Calle Tetuán, San Eloy, Sierpes, Plaza de La Encarnación, Plaza de El Duque, etc.). It also has one of the largest bike path networks in all of Europe, so cycling is also a great option! You can also use other transportation services such as Taxi, Uber, Tussam bus or Muving motorcycles. Amazing Housing will be here to help you with anything you might need, as our family obligations don't currently allow it.
