Welcome to our home, in the heart of Comminges and at the gates of the Pyrenees, in a quiet and peaceful place. This vacation accommodation is ideally located: 5 km from the ViaGarona hiking trail (Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle trail), 8 km from Saint-Gaudens, 20 km from one of the most beautiful villages in France, Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges and less than 50 minutes by car from Bagnères-de-Luchon and Spain! The space Gîte adjoining the owners' home: ground floor with a large living room composed of a kitchenette (fridge-freezer, built-in oven, 4 induction hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all the necessary utensils for cooking), a dining area and a living area with wood stove, separate toilet. First floor: corridor serving 2 large spacious and comfortable bedrooms Country Room 1 bed 160*200 cm and the Forest Room 2 beds 90*200 cm each with a shower room and a private toilet, mezzanine sleeping area (mainly for teenagers after a steep staircase (1 sofa convertible into 140*190 cm and 1 extra bed in 90*190 cm). Unfenced garden shared with the owners, garden furniture and barbecue on private terrace. The price includes: subscriptions, water, electricity, heating, tea towels, potholders, tablecloths, sheets, towels.
