Only 30 minutes to/from the airport. -Minimum rental period for 1 month per HOA rules with the exception of if rental guest interested in looking to buy in the future. The space -King bed in bedroom can be split into 2 extra long twin beds. -Sofa bed is Queen size. -Streaming service available. Wireless & ethernet with high speed internet. -Landline with free calling anywhere in US, Canada & Mexico. (Minimal cell signal inside townhouse, improved with WiFi calling enabled on your phone after signed into internet.) -Extras for pool visit: Terry cloth robes, beach towels, hats, pool bag. -Insulated lunch bag & ice pack for pool or other outings, sunscreen. -Many enjoyable sights to drive to: the long admired Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, Kartchner Caverns, Tucson Botanical Gardens, Tucson food tours, the very large Pima Air & Space Museum, plus many other museums in Tucson. -Lots of award winning restaurants in Tucson, especially welcome for foodies. -2 miles of hiking trails in the community, plus lots of nearby hiking areas. Or, just hang out & relax! -Location: 10 miles east of Tucson next to East Saguaro National Park, 21 miles to downtown, easy 30 min drive to airport.
