The space The apartment is comfortable, clean and very quiet. Located on the ground floor in a gated community that allows access to the beach without having to take the car. It is essential to visit the Breña Natural Park area that surrounds the area. There are tennis courts and a grocery store. Right in front there is a pharmacy and it is also very close to several bars and restaurants. It has its own parking space. The residential complex has a swimming pool open in summer time (july and August), grocery shop, tennis court and a pharmacy is just 100 mt. away. Bars and restaurants are also walking distances.
