The space In the apartment (80 sqm) you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 large dining room with kitchen (wood stove + gas stove), all furnished as in the photos. There is no air conditioning as, at 1,500m asl it's not necessary (it happens to turn on the stove even in August certain years). There is no wi-fi by choice, contact me for details about on-site connectivity if necessary. Guest access The private parking is located in the garage below the main terrace of the house, it is covered but not closed by fences. Other things to note A tourist tax (equal to €1.5/night/person) is due in this Region. There's a maximum cap equal to € 10.5/person per stay.
