This property is centrally located, 2 mi to dtwn Winter Haven and the Hospital & 4 mi to LEGOLAND & Peppa Pig. Orlando attractions (SeaWorld, Disney/Universal) are all w/in an hr. drive! The space This Vacation Home (2) is has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen with laundry room, is ideal for Families, Couples, or Small Group of Friends coming to visit Theme Park Attractions or on business. Long term guests are also welcome! We offer our Guest a convenient, simplify, and smooth CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT process. Host will send check-in instructions along with your 4-digit code, prior to your arrival. This code is active for the duration of your stay. If you have any issues with getting into the property; while on-site guest can immediately contact Host through RingPro Doorbell. ** NO Parties or Gatherings - Fine $1000 ** ** NO smoking inside. Our Cleaning Services Team follow Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol to keep our Guest safe and healthy. * The cleaning fee posted on AIRBNB covers a ONE TIME fee to clean and sanitize the home and wash all linens prior to your arrival. * Bed Sheets linens and towels are sterilized after each guest * For extended stay 7 days or longer, Guest can request the home be cleaned once a week or bi-weekly for an ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE. * If you choose to have the space cleaned during your extended stay please contact Host and we can help coordinated with Cleaning Services on your behalf. Other things to note ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: *Privacy is abundant on this expansive fenced 3-acre lakefront property. Both units of the duplex are exclusively set up for our Airbnb guests. Additionally, there is a unique rental, the Container Home, situated on a separate space adjacent to the property on the 3-acre lot. *The Container Home is enclosed by its own private fence. *Each guest enjoys their own private fenced space, including porch and yard. *If you have any concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out or read the experiences shared by our past guests. *Past guest reviews confirm ample privacy during their stay, with exclusive access to the entire property, designated parking spot, and private porch/yard. *As a family-owned business, we prioritize providing our guests with a memorable and comfortable stay. We live just a few minutes from the property and are readily available to enhance your experience. Just ask! *The property is lakefront and spans 3 acres, with each property occupying a separate space for guests' privacy. *A private dock on the property is available for boat guests, while a public dock and ramp are conveniently located 200 feet from the property. OTHER: *There is a 2-night minimum stay for Fri/Sat, unless one of those nights is already booked or if the stay is within 48 hours.
