Lake Balboa Giant space, great AC relax and unwind

This is a nice and quiet apartment located at the back of the property. It has a giant living room with lots of open space. There is a giant 65" tv in the living room. All TV's have Netflix. Washer/dryer in unit. There is a couch in the bedroom with the king bed and I can bring you an air mattress upon request. If you have any questions please feel free to ask! There are 4 tv's set up with Netflix. This is a great place to relax and unwind with your family and friends. Each bedroom and the living room have large televisions. There are 3 beds and 2 large couches. 1 king and 2 queen beds. An air mattress is available upon request. Guest access Gusts have access to a small pool. It is in ground, but kiddie size.
