To enter the apartment, you need to go up to the attic floor and go down to the third one on an old black staircase. The windows face the quite courtyard. Chestnuts in the yard add coziness. Fast internet. The building in which the apartments are located, built in 1864, is a historical monument of Ukraine. Nearby is the unique architectural composition of the European (Catherine's Square). Around the corner is Duke, Primorsky Boulevard, Potemkinskaya Staircase and THE SEA. Guest access Guests have at their disposal a separate apartment with a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Guests have a shared balcony where they can smoke, a washing machine and dryer, and a tap with filtered water. Cafes and restaurants for every taste and budget are near the apartment. You can park in Vorontsovsky lane on the left side. During peak season, this parking lot can be tightly packed. The nearest guarded paid parking is a 7-minute walk away (Nekrasov and Gogol intersection). The apartment is located on the third floor of an old building. To get to the apartment, you need to climb to the third floor by the front marble staircase, go up to the attic floor, walk along the common corridor of our complex and go down one flight of the back stairs. If you have large and heavy luggage, please note that the floors in the building are high and there is no elevator.
